WITNESSETH

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of sums to be paid to the Contractor, and other good and valuable consideration, the Contractor and <Organization> do contract and agree as follows:
1. Scope of Services
The Contractor shall perform for the <Organization> the following described services:

2. Time of Performance

3. Compensation; Time of Payment
For services to be performed hereunder, the <Organization> shall pay the Contractor the amount stated in the <Organization> <NAME OF PROJECT> Statement of Work. Requests for payment(s) shall be made as follows: As stated in the Statement of Work and <OTHER AGREEMENTS AS NEEDED>.
4. Workmanship and Quality of Services
All work performed under this Contract shall be performed in a workmanlike and professional manner, to the reasonable satisfaction of the <Organization>, and shall conform to all prevailing industry and professional standards.

All notices, requests for payment, or other communications arising hereunder shall be sent to the following:

6. Non-Discrimination
With respect to the subject matter of, and all work to be performed under, this Contract, it is specifically agreed that the Contractor, its agents, officials, and employees, are subject to and bound by the terms of <relevant jurisdiction> Ordinance No. xxxxx.
7. Assignment
This Contract may not be assigned without the express written consent of the <Organization>.
8. Applicable Law
